Los Game Developers Choice Awards ya han revelado los nominados y las Menciones Honoríficas de 2026, con Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 liderando claramente la lista.
Los Game Developers Choice Awards han publicado la lista oficial de nominados y Menciones Honoríficas para la ceremonia de 2026. El gran protagonista de este año es Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 de Sandfall Interactive, que ya ha arrasado en premios y nominaciones por todos lados. Y sí, vuelve a estar nominado a otro Game of the Year.
Los nominados a los Game Developers Choice Awards 2026
La 26ª edición de los Game Developers Choice Awards se celebrará el 12 de marzo como parte del GDC Festival of Gaming en San Francisco. Aunque la ceremonia está abierta a quienes tengan pase de la GDC, también se retransmitirá en directo en el canal de Twitch de la GDC para todo el mundo.
Tanto los nominados como los ganadores pertenecen a juegos lanzados el año pasado y son seleccionados por el International Choice Awards Network (ICAN), un panel solo por invitación formado por desarrolladores destacados de la industria.
Además de las categorías votadas por profesionales, los GDCA también incluyen un Audience Award, que permite a los fans apoyar el juego que creen que ha tenido mayor impacto. El voto del público se abre el 26 de enero.
A diferencia de muchos premios del sector que solo reconocen a unos pocos finalistas, los GDCA también anuncian Menciones Honoríficas, destacando juegos que no llegaron a la fase final pero que igualmente fueron reconocidos por su gran trabajo.
